- Supports assigned Administrator(s) and/or department staff for the purpose of providing assistance with administrative functions (e.g. answer phones, oversee students in office and office aides, maintaining office supply inventory)
- Schedules a variety of activities (e.g. meetings, parent conferences, counselor referrals, bus transportation, travel arrangements, officials, newspaper photographs, etc.) for the purpose of assisting in meeting administrative building needs.
- Processes documents and materials (e.g. incoming mail, purchase orders, bank deposits, registrations, withdrawals, enrollments, admission slips, late notices, class release forms, daily attendance, detentions for truancy, etc.) for the purpose of disseminating information to appropriate parties and ensuring accurate reporting of absences.
- Maintains documents, computerized and manual files, and records (e.g. student attendance/enrollment records, attendance waivers, test scores, calendars, student files, custody file, etc.) for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference and audit trail to support building functioning and/or bilingual programs.
- Coordinates assigned activities and program components (e.g. athletic eligibility, coaches time sheets, daily attendance, truancy petitions, CTE count, requisitions, and budget etc.) for the purpose of delivering services in compliance with established guidelines (varies by assignment).

- Salary: $23.77 - $28.03 per hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Need:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired.
- Licenses/Certificates/Registration: CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Minimum qualifications: Operating standard office equipment including pertinent software applications, preparing and maintaining accurate records, performing basic bookkeeping, business telephone etiquette, knowledge of office methods and practices, ability to adapt to changing work priorities, communicating with diverse groups, work as part of a team

Work Environment
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and some fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 30% sitting, 40% walking, and 30% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in a generally hazard free environment.
