Riverview Gardens School District scholars, educators and parents continue to strive to be a community of dynamic learners and leaders with a commitment to demonstrating social and civic responsibility. RGSD is committed to supporting the academic, social and emotional needs of all scholars by offering a wide range of learning opportunities, extra-curricular activities, resources and specialized programs.

RGSD is home to 12 schools, which serve approximately 5,300 students. Committed to providing excellent programs from early childhood education through high school.

Culture: 

RGSD is dedicated to regaining full accreditation under the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). Riverview Gardens is currently working in collaboration with educational institutions and community partners to support the needs of children.

Riverview Gardens Summer School for Grades 2-3-4-5

Date:  June 1-June 26, 2026; Monday through Friday

Professional Development Day/Set Up: June 1 and June 2, 2026

Students Arrive/Breakfast: 8:15am to 8:30am

Instruction Time: 8:30am to 1:30pm

Location: Lemasters Elementary School

Secretary Work Schedule:  8:00am to 2:00pm

Stipend: $2,286

In order to be eligible for consideration applicants must be a current Riverview Gardens District Secretary.

Applicants are required to be available to work for the duration of the Summer School Program for Grades 2-5

Applicant must be proficient in use of Focus SIS, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
