The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support with achieving operational goals at the field site. This role will be primarily responsible for overseeing the employee roster, maintain, and organize pertinent documentation, and facilitates routine fleet repairs. This role will also assist scheduling, conducting interviews, and administrative projects. This position reports to the Area/Branch Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Answers incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate team members.
Greet all visitors and employees.
Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies and company equipment for the field site.
Assists with filing, faxing, and copying miscellaneous paperwork.
Collects field data and generates weekly reports for the management team.
Oversee maintenance of fleet repair, recall, oil change lists, and notify management of repairs.
Maintain fleet records, titles, registrations, both digital and physical for the field site.
Updates the employee handbook and truck books as directed from management.
Maintain employee roster database, TCR updates, and spreadsheets.
Assist with Billing team and back up Scheduling/Ticketing as needed.
All other duties within scope as assigned by Branch Manager.
