What You'll Be Doing:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing priorities and ensuring efficient use of time
Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution
Coordinate meetings, domestic and international travel, and day-to-day logistics to support executive operations
Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed minutes, and manage follow-ups to keep executives informed, organized, and aligned
Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners to streamline communication
Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information and executive matters
Process expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
Act as back-up for the Front Desk Receptionist when needed
What We Are Searching For:
5+ years of experience supporting C-level Executives of which at least 2 years has been within the life sciences, clinical research, or related industry
High school/secondary school graduate or professional certification
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision making capabilities
Team player with the ability to also work independently
Ability to work overtime and/or outside of standard business hours
This is an salary, non-exempt, hybrid position and will require in-office days as needed in our RTP office. Applicants must be able to travel into the office located in Morrisville, NC.
Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized minimum base pay for this role is $80,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
