We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Assistant Office Manager / Administrator to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role touches a little bit of everything — from supporting the team to coordinating with vendors — and offers great opportunities for growth. No experience? No problem — we’re happy to train the right person!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to inquiries, managing calendars, and maintaining filing systems
Assist with the smooth and efficient running of daily office operations
Communicate and coordinate with vendors and service providers
Support planning and execution of company events and meetings
Manage inventory of business supplies and place orders as needed
Assist leadership with special projects and day-to-day tasks
Jump in where needed to keep the office operating like a well-oiled machine
