Wahlert Catholic High School in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking an Athletics/Activities Administrative Assistant to join our family! This position is 12-month, full-time and will begin mid-June 2026. 

This position supports the daily operations of the Athletics/Activities office for students, families, and coaches. The role also assists in the main office at designated times during the school day. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with technology, attentive to detail, and able to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced school environment. The ideal candidate will also have some interest in and basic knowledge of athletics.
