Real Estate Executive Assistant to Broker - Russian Speaking Required

Compensation:
- $50,000 (based on a full-time position) + bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless day-to-day office management to ensure the brokerage operates efficiently.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, agents, vendors, and service providers to ensure a white-glove experience.
- Deliver concierge-level service to clients, providing proactive support throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Take ownership of administrative workflows, continuously seeking ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and free up the Broker’s time.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve the client experience, marketing efforts, and internal operations.
- Research and recommend new tools, technologies, or vendors to improve business operations.
- Fluent in Russian (Required)
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn new systems and processes
- Highly goal-driven, organized, and able to prioritize shifting daily responsibilities with minimal oversight
- Calm under pressure, flexible in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage the emotional ups and downs common in real estate transactions
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal — professional grammar, spelling, and proofreading are a must
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to empathize, build rapport, and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work
- Knowledge of real estate contracts, escrow processes, and transaction timelines is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Technologically savvy and quick to learn new programs; ability to troubleshoot common issues independently
Additional Requirements:
- Reliable, presentable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Real Estate License required
