Position/Title: Administrative Assistant for Audiology and NCI
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently and as a team player within various departments. Computer knowledge is required. Excellent communication skills. Bilingual preferred.
Direct Supervision: Director of Special Services
Overview: The Administrative Assistant for Audiology and NCI Services position is a 215-day position. The Admin Assistant will monitor and maintain a variety of records and data for the Audiology and NCI Departments in day-to-day operations. Administrative Assistant will assist the Director of Special Services and the audiologists with various assignments.
Performance Responsibilities:
1. General office duties include answering phones, typing, record keeping, and mail processing, for all departments
2. Ordering and maintaining office supplies through the SDS system.
3. Processing department paperwork such as Travel/Mileage and Timesheets
4. Intake Audiology and ECAT referrals in SDS, manage and update action requests
5. Determine Medicaid eligibility
6. Process Audiology/ECAT reports and distribute to all stakeholders.
7. Upload reports and files to digital storage system.
8. Maintain Audiology database.
9. Schedule Audiology appointments.
10.Maintain NCI database.
11.Input NCI training information into NCI online system.
12.Other duties as assigned by the supervisor for the betterment of the organization
Salary: The salary range is $15.90-$20.35 depending on experience
