The Professional Development Program (PDP) of the University at Albany's Rockefeller College seeks a service-minded individual who is committed to performing high-quality work to fill an Administrative Assistant II position within PDP's Early Childhood Education and Training Program in Albany, NY. Description of Duties: The Administrative Assistant II assists with day-to-day functions related to workforce training programs. This position provides administrative support to trainers including recording events in the learning management system, processing supply and print orders, coordinating travel arrangements and reimbursements, communicating with program training participants; answering phones and responding to inquiries; file management and other duties as assigned to fulfill contractual obligations. Salary Range: $40,000-$42,168 (annual) Special Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
