Introduction

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Administrative Assistant to support our training apparel team. You will work closely with the team to manage calendars, expenses, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Prior work experience in the industry is preferred
• Experience with Keynote
• Experience with AI tools like Chat GPT
• Previous Nike/industry experience is a plus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Complex calendar management and scheduling
• Booking travel arrangements and managing itineraries
• Planning meetings and events, including budgeting and catering
• Preparing expense reports, tracking budgets, and processing invoices
• Document preparation and organization
• Communications and coordination with stakeholders
• Supporting team space planning and equipment moves
• Assisting with special projects and team culture building
