You'll:

• Create a welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and community partners
• Manage calls, correspondence, calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Support administrative operations through document preparation, data entry, reporting, and record management
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries
• Maintain office supplies, materials, and inventory
• Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and petty cash management
• Help coordinate meetings and ensure shared spaces remain organized and professional
• Serve as a reliable resource for team members, providing administrative support wherever needed
• Jump in to assist with special projects and evolving business needs

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and finds satisfaction in helping others succeed.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Florida Driver's License within 30 days of hire
• Reliable, insured transportation
• Two years of administrative support experience or formal training in office administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a nonprofit, social services, healthcare, education, or community-focused organization
