The role
You will be the right hand to our President & CEO. You'll own his calendar, inbox, and follow-through, and support the operations and HR work that crosses his desk. This is a high-trust role for someone who stays organized under pressure, handles confidential matters with discretion, and keeps many priorities moving at once.
What you'll do
• Serve as the sole manager of the CEO's calendar: Scheduling, resolving conflicts, and protecting focus time.
• Triage the CEO's inbox, draft replies, and route items to the right leader.
• Keep a running follow-up list of open items and deadlines, and make sure nothing drops.
• Prepare briefs, agendas, and document packets for board, lender, payer, and partner meetings.
• Book and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
• Coordinate with leadership, legal, finance, and HR on projects, deadlines, and deliverables across entities.
• Support operations by tracking initiatives, gathering status updates, and preparing reports.
• Support HR tasks such as coordinating interviews, onboarding logistics, and confidential personnel documents.
• Handle sensitive legal, financial, and personnel information with complete discretion
What you bring
• 3–5+ years supporting a CEO or other C-level executive; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in operations and HR.
• Excellent multitasking: you manage competing priorities without losing track of details.
• Strong attention to detail in scheduling, documents, and follow-up.
• Clear, professional writing for emails, briefs, and correspondence.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace, including calendar, email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven discretion with confidential information.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
