- Help drive key campus-wide and organization-wide initiatives from planning through execution.
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of administrative or executive support experience in a complex organization.
- Exceptional organization, communication, judgment, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and follow through with excellence.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential matters.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and teams across the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Ministry Platform, Teams, ADP, or similar systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; church or ministry administrative experience strongly desired.
This role is full-time, hourly, non-exempt. It requires membership and active participation at a Woodside campus.
