PreK Administrative Assistant & Afterschool Supervisor

Hours: 8.00 hours per day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Role Overview
The PM PreK Admin Assistant is responsible for ensuring efficient administrative operations at the new PreK facility on the south campus. Additionally, this individual will provide a safe, engaging environment for students during Eagle Zone. This role spans a total of 8.00 daily hours, split between afternoon administrative support and late-afternoon student supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support (9:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 5.5 Hours)
- Front Office Operations: Perform core administrative and clerical duties, including answering phones, managing afternoon attendance, and assisting school staff.
- Classroom Support: Assist in covering PreK classrooms ensuring teaching staff receive lunch coverage
- Leadership Support: Assist PreK leadership with daily documentation, file maintenance, digital communications, and organizing end-of-day dismissal logistics.
- Customer Service: Act as a welcoming face for our school; greet and assist parents, visitors, and district staff promptly and professionally.
Eagle Zone Supervision (2:30 PM – 5:00 PM | 2.5 Hours)
- Program Management: Oversee and manage the afternoon "Eagle Zone" program, ensuring a structured, safe, and positive environment for students after standard school hours.
- Safety & Dismissal: Coordinate student check-out protocols, verify authorized pickups with parents/guardians, and maintain meticulous attendance logs.
- Student Engagement: Facilitate and monitor recreational activities, snack times, and quiet study or play intervals.
