This role intentionally combines the breadth of a traditional Administrative Assistant position with the depth, judgment, and proactive partnership of a senior Executive Assistant. It supports two Partners in a global consulting environment by ensuring operational excellence, disciplined priority management, and reliable follow-through across client work, business development, firm leadership, and recruiting.
The role goes beyond task execution. You will serve as a high-trust extension of the Partners; bringing order, clarity, and foresight to a fast-moving environment so the Partners can stay focused on high-impact work.

About You:
You’ll be a trusted operational and strategic partner to
the Partners, bringing structure, foresight, and sound judgment to their day-to-day work.
You’ll anticipate needs, manage competing priorities with discretion, and help create a focused, efficient, and professional experience for Partners, clients, and colleagues.
How you will create an impact: Executive Support- Manage
Partners’ calendars and inboxes around strategic priorities, proactively
resolving conflicts and prioritizing communications.
- Prepare
Partners for key meetings with the right context, materials, and
pre-reads.
- Track
priorities, deadlines, decisions, and commitments to ensure consistent
follow-through and early risk identification.
Meeting & Project Coordination
- Coordinate
internal and external meetings, calls, and events from planning through
follow-up.
- Lead
ad hoc projects and process improvements that increase efficiency and
responsiveness.
Client & Business Development
- Support
client-facing work through scheduling, CRM updates, contracts, travel,
gifting, and other logistics.
- Maintain
client and prospect information and opportunity pipelines to support
business development.
- Coordinate
marketing and profile-building initiatives, including conferences,
webinars, white papers, outreach, and content.
Cross-Functional Operations
- Coordinate
with Partners, firm leadership, clients, and external partners across
countries and time zones.
- Partner
with Legal, HR, Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance, and Accounts Payable
on business needs, budgets, and expenses.
- Provide
backup support for other assistants and contribute to office initiatives
and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent relevant experience, with 10+ years supporting
senior leaders in consulting, professional services, or similarly
fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional
organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, with the
ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working
with senior stakeholders and clients.
- High
emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment, with the
ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive
and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs, work
independently, and navigate challenges with tact.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and
collaboration tools including Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
- Strong
problem-solving, accuracy, follow-through, and service orientation.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The base salary range for this position is between $95,000 to $105,000 per year for U.S. roles. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.
