Role: Executive Assistant to Two General Partners
Location: San Francisco, CA | Onsite
Compensation:$180,000–$225,000 DOE + Exceptional Benefits

A household name in venture capital firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two General Partners. This is a high-level role for someone who is comfortable supporting multiple executives, managing competing priorities, and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing executive support with administrative and operational responsibilities. This is an opportunity to work closely with leadership and play an important role as the company continues to grow.
Day-to-Day
- Provide executive support to two General Partners, including complex calendar management and scheduling.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
- Manage meeting logistics, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative needs.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents.
- Track priorities, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Support team meetings, events, offsites, and special projects.
- Assist with administrative and operational projects as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Use AI and technology tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in an operations/support position.
- Comfortable supporting multiple executives and managing competing priorities.
- Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Strong judgment and discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Ambitious and motivated to grow with a high-performing technology company.
