The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the Administration Department staff, including performing clerical duties, attending departmental and clinical meetings, coordinating medical staff activities, maintaining medical staff credentialing and files. Act as point of contact among executives, employees, and other leadership. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings. Manage daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Oversee clerical/switchboard staff performance. Serve as office manager by maintaining office supply inventory. Format information for internal and external communication; memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc. Screen and direct phone calls. Organize and maintain the office filing system.

This is a full-time, exempt role, and the expected compensation range is $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be given to experience and skill level. Join us as our Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO, and CNO.
