Directly supports the Chief Operating Officer by maintaining accurate financial functions & recordkeeping, District's central files, contracts and other assigned business records in accordance with District procedures. Coordinates online fee-item setup. Provides audit preparation. Collaborates with district schools and departments, financial institutions and governmental agencies. Associate's degree in a business program or an equivalent combination of education and finance or business office experience required. Strong technical skills, accurate organization skills, confidentiality and collaboration are required. Bachelor's degree in a business related field is preferred. Experience in a public school district and related systems and knowledge of the National School Lunch Program are preferred. Compensation: $55,000-$65,000. The job description is attached.
