General Summary
This role serves as a direct extension of the Chief Brand Officer while also supporting the broader marketing team. The position serves as an operational extension of leadership, focused on driving execution, ensuring accountability and improving speed to market across campaigns and initiatives. By centralizing project coordination, prioritization and follow-through, this role reduces delays, minimizes execution risk and allows leadership to focus on strategic, revenue-generating activities. The impact is realized through increased team productivity, stronger cross-functional alignment and more consistent delivery of marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Executive Assistant ensures that leadership priorities move forward, communication is tight and the department operates with clarity and accountability. This position doesn’t just manage tasks -- they manage momentum. The position serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring priorities move forward, details don’t slip, and the department runs with precision. This role is equal parts coordinator, communicator, and problem-solver. This individual acts as an extension of marketing leadership -- anticipating needs, managing competing priorities and enabling the team to focus on strategic work.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Associates will consistently follow policies and procedures as established by Capital City Bank, Capital City Wealth, and Capital City Home Loans, with department managers setting the standard.
Associated Duties
Provides additional support to manager and department colleagues.
Completes all assigned/required Bank training within established timelines.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Required
The following KSAs are usually acquired through work experience and/or specialized course(s):
Education
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field, from an accredited college preferred. Experience in banking a plus, along with 3 or more years’ experience in an administrative professional role. Relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement.
