Compensation: $150,000–$160,000 base salary + exceptional benefits + significant growth opportunity
An industry-defining AI gaming company experiencing explosive growth is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Founder & CEO. This is not a traditional executive support role. We're looking for a strategic operator, problem-solver, and trusted right hand who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift quickly, opportunities emerge daily, and no two days look the same.
Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this highly visible position sits at the center of the organization and serves as a critical force multiplier for the CEO and broader leadership team. The ideal candidate is energized by ambiguity, comfortable operating with urgency, and excited to jump between executive support, project management, business operations, special initiatives, and company-building efforts. If you're someone who loves being in the room where decisions are made and wants a front-row seat to scaling a category-defining company, this role delivers exactly that.
About the RoleAs Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the executive office. Beyond managing a complex calendar and travel schedule, you'll help drive critical initiatives forward, coordinate cross-functional priorities, maintain organizational alignment, and create leverage for the CEO to focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
This role is best suited for someone with a startup mentality who embraces ownership, thrives under pressure, and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The company operates with a high-performance culture and an expectation that team members are highly responsive and dialed in when the business requires it.
