Students are required to work in person (155 Mass Ave) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional weekday to be determined based on their academic schedule and departmental needs. Remaining scheduled hours may be completed remotely, when appropriate and approved by the supervisor.
Students are expected to maintain their agreed-upon schedule throughout the semester and communicate in advance about any necessary changes.
This position also requires availability to work select evening events at The Red Room at Cafe 939 for content capture, promotion, and other event-related responsibilities.
Strong reliability and dependability are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to supervisors and the larger team.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet specific deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
Creativity and enthusiasm for music, live events, marketing, social media, and audience development.
Ability to receive direction and constructive feedback and apply it to future work.
Ability to communicate professionally and confidently on behalf of Berklee and The Red Room.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and current digital content practices.
Basic computer and digital media skills required.
Graphic design (Canva), photography, video editing, social media, or content creation experience is a plus.
Previous promotion, marketing, live-event, or related experience is preferred but not required.
Must be a collaborative team player who also works effectively and productively independently.
Reliability, initiative, communication, creativity, and accountability are fundamental to success in this role.
Students must be first- or third-year students; final-semester students will not be considered for this position.
A cover letter is required to be considered for this position. In your cover letter, please explain why you would be a good fit for the role and highlight any relevant experience, skills, or interests related to marketing, social media, content creation, live events, music, or promotions.
Applications submitted without a cover letter addressing these areas will not be
