Our Westown Dental practice is looking for an Administrative Assistant II to join our growing team. -The Key Responsibilities-

• Processing patient intake and check out.
• Assisting patients in person, over the phone, via email, etc.
• Processing insurance breakdowns for treatment.
• Liaison between doctors, assistants, and patients
• Coordinate comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring families understand the importance of their overall health.
• Manage patient flow, from scheduling and intake to follow-up care, with a focus on making the process as seamless and supportive as possible for families.
• Verify insurance coverage and help families navigate financial options, including treatment-related payments and financing.
• Work closely with clinical teams to manage daily schedules for both doctors and hygiene teams.
• Ensure that each child and their family feels welcome, cared for, and informed, reflecting the core values of our practice.

-What Can You Bring To Our Team-

• 3+ years in a Dental administrative experience.
• Bilingual- Spanish and English preferred.
• Denticon experience preferred.
• Expertise in dental insurance.
• Established phone etiquette.
