Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base DOE + bonus + excellent benefits
The OpportunityAn exciting technology company in San Francisco is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior executive and become an integral part of their day-to-day operations.

The Day-to-Day
- Manage a busy and frequently changing executive calendar, including meetings, appointments, and scheduling priorities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Handle day-to-day email and communication support, ensuring important requests and follow-ups are addressed
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare executives for meetings by organizing materials, agendas, and relevant information
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep priorities moving forward
- Process expenses and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate team meetings, events, dinners, and occasional offsites
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Assist with administrative projects and ad hoc requests as they arise
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and logistical needs before they become issues
- Maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support experience, ideally within technology or another fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing a high-volume calendar and shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and naturally inclined to follow through on details
- Able to prioritize competing requests and execute efficiently
- Resourceful, dependable, and comfortable working with minimal hand-holding
- Professional and confident interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders
- Thrives in an onsite, collaborative, and fast-moving environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly
