The EMS Administrative Assistant / EMS Liaison / Data Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, data management, marketing, and community relations support for Harrison County EMS, the Training & Educational Institute (TEI), Mobile Integrated Health (MIH), and Care-A Van Transportation Services. This position serves as a central communication and coordination resource for all departments while supporting the EMS Director and leadership team in achieving organizational goals. The position serves as the primary liaison between Harrison County EMS and hospitals, healthcare organizations, EMS agencies, educational institutions, government agencies, community organizations, and other healthcare partners to strengthen regional relationships, improve collaboration, and promote the services provided by Harrison Memorial Hospital and Harrison County EMS. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and reporting operational, clinical, financial, educational, workforce, and regulatory data required for state and federal reporting, accreditation, quality improvement, grant management, and organizational performance improvement. The position also assists with researching, preparing, and administering grant opportunities while supporting sponsorship development, marketing, community outreach, recruitment, and public relations activities across all Harrison County EMS departments.
