Administrative Assistant
Summary:
- Location: Coal Center, PA

- Pay: $26 per hour, W 2

Shift: Total 40 hours/week (OT - with written approval)
Interview- Teams video interview followed by onsite interview
Responsibilities:
- Complete and participate in all training program curriculum and activities to develop knowledge of department policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
- Provide support in the achievement of goals and assist with all types of work across the department.
- Work interchangeably between answering calls and servicing concurrent digital messages while completing various tasks related to multiple departments.
- Coordinate and interact effectively with other departments to ensure high level of service and timely expedition of requests.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Experience with systems like AS/400, Kiwiplan ESP/PCS/ULT/TSS, HRMS, Amtech, Sage, JD Edwards, Salesforce, EDI, Customer Portals.
- High School diploma or G.E.D required.
Preferred Skills:
- Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
