Managed Mobile, Inc.(www.managedmobile.com), an industry leading provider of mobile fleet maintenance and fleet management services in California, is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant.

We are growing our corporate team and are in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant.

Core role concentration(s) include, but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls and directing to proper department - multiple lines
• Scanning/filing and organizing incoming paperwork:
• Billing to customers
• Mailing out invoices to customers daily – through regular mail and email
• Opening and distributing incoming mail daily
• Assisting in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments
• Helping with other clerical projects when needed
• Process, review, and audit AR invoices and supporting correspondence to ensure accuracy for mailing and emailing clients
• Scan, rename, and file AR and AP invoices and supporting correspondence

· Ensure tasks and assignments are executed and meet all company requirements while ensuring client defined service levels are maintained and regularly exceeded.

• Assist and support with miscellaneous ad-hoc projects/requests

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Familiarity within the transportation, Logistics and/or maintenance fields
• Ability to articulate and manage multiple assignments
• Able to prioritize quickly changing requirements regularly
• Ability to work a variety of tasks simultaneously to ensure all requirements are completed in a timely manner
• Ability to present to large groups in a confident manner

Requires the following skills:

· Advanced skills with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

· Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow up and execution of required tasks

· High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Must be a high energy individual with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
