An innovative, growing international company based in the Annapolis/Kent Island area of Maryland is seeking an experienced, highly professional Executive Assistant to join our team. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (COO) and serves as a trusted partner in supporting executive and operational initiatives across the organization.
Executive Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
� Develop professional presentations, reports, and analytics using advanced software and business tools
� Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional activities throughout the organization
� Utilize strong business acumen and sound judgment to support executive priorities and broad administration responsibilities
� Manage the Administrative Assistant and company phone group, including oversight of incoming calls, mail distribution, and general office administration
� Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, action items and follow-up activities to ensure successful execution
� Create, maintain, and analyze reports, metrics, and performance dashboards for leadership
� Maintain confidential information, executive files, and sensitive company information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism
� Organize and manage digital filing systems, business documentation and records retention processes
� Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training, professional development opportunities and participation in meetings and initiatives across the business
� Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
� Bachelor�s Degree in Business, Management, or related degree preferred or equivalent experience
� 5+ years of experience in an Executive Administration role, or similar role
� Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, experience with ERP (Epicor) a plus
� High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
� Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
� Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
� Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
