Notre Dame Prep is accepting applications for an Athletic Administrative Assistant. The Athletic Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department that facilitate the efficient operations of the school while following the Notre Dame Prep mission statement “With God we form Christian People, Upright Citizens and Academic Scholars”.

Reports To: Notre Dame Prep Athletic Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Work Year: 12 Month
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelors degree (preferred)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, climb stairs, operate a motor vehicle, and perform job duties in all types of weather
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office and Google Suites
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system including, but not limited to, athletic physicals, eligibility forms, rosters and financial records
- Assist the athletic director with the confirmation of athletic contests
- Answer, screen and transfer incoming phone calls
- Assist the transportation coordinator with the scheduling of athletic transportation for away contests, including early dismissals from class
- Create and produce game programs and other media materials for athletic contests
- Assist coaches in managing end-of-season awards and accolades including certificates and physical awards
- Arrange for school events, including food and beverages, as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
