- Pay Rate: $28.00–$35.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: Standard working hours (8 AM start); occasional overtime — approximately 2 hours on average when requested

Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant – Cost Accounting provides real-time cost visibility, budgeting accuracy, and financial discipline during the planning and execution phases of a scheduled plant turnaround. This role bridges the gap between field execution and corporate accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Turnaround & Reporting
- Final Cost Report: Reconcile all invoices against field-verified data to produce a final expenditure report.
- Variance Analysis: Explain why the event went over or under budget (e.g., "Scope creep in Unit 3 led to a 10% overrun").
- Benchmarking: Capture data to improve the accuracy of the next TAR cycle.
Required Skills
- 5 years of cost control/financial background
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications
- Organized and structured work approach
- Technical mastery of Excel (Pivot Table)
Education Requirements
- Associate degree or 5 years of equivalent experience
