Role: Executive Assistant to Founder
Location: San Francisco, CA | Onsite
Compensation: $165,000–$200,000 DOE + Exceptional Benefits

A leading technology company is seeking a senior Executive Assistant to support its Founder and C-suite leadership team. This is a high-trust role for an experienced EA who is comfortable operating independently, managing complex priorities, and serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate is ambitious, proactive, highly organized, and accustomed to working in fast-paced environments where priorities move quickly and discretion is essential.
Day-to-Day
- Provide high-level support to the Founder, including complex calendar and schedule management.
- Manage domestic and international travel, itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, briefings, and follow-up items.
- Manage inbox communications and prioritize requests.
- Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with the Founder and C-suite executives on special projects and key initiatives.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Anticipate needs, resolve issues, and keep priorities moving forward.
- Develop and maintain systems that improve organization and efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
- Extensive experience supporting a Founder, CEO, or C-suite executive.
- Strong experience operating as a senior-level EA and trusted partner.
- Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills.
- Highly proactive with strong judgment and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and changing schedules.
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Polished and confident when working with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Able to operate independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
- Ambitious and motivated to grow with a high-performing technology company.
