Qualifications:
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience supporting senior leaders, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, events, or projects, and handling confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Associate Degree or higher
Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Executive Business Partner, Office Manager, or similar experience supporting senior leadership
Experience coordinating board meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes
Healthcare, corporate, legal, financial services, or executive office experience
