About the Role
Moffat County School District is seeking a highly organized, experienced, and professional individual to serve as Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to the Superintendent and Secretary to the Board of Education.
This position provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Superintendent, coordinates the operations of the Superintendent's Office, and fulfills essential responsibilities on behalf of the Board of Education. The successful candidate will help ensure efficient district operations and enable the Superintendent and Board to remain focused on the District's strategic priorities.
This is a fast-paced, highly visible position requiring exceptional judgment, professionalism, discretion, responsiveness, and attention to detail. As a key member of the District's executive leadership team, this individual will interact regularly with Board members, district leaders, employees, families, community partners, and other stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant experience, education, qualifications, and demonstrated skill level.
