Job Summary
The Sr Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to senior management through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Point of contact for all visitors and vendors. Manages the front desk and assigns badges as appropriate
Acts as executive support resource, including but not limited to maintaining executive’s calendar, making appointments and prioritizing sensitive and critical matters. Assists with the preparations of power point presentations and agendas.
Communicates with Executive Office Manager by providing receipts for Servicing Management expense reports.
Maintains invoice tracking and validation process to ensure all invoices are approved in a timely manner.
Manages conference rooms and scheduling, assists with coordination of meetings, preparation of meeting material, AV needs and catering.
Monitors inventory and orders supply, stocks all areas as needed. Works with the Property Management Company to address building issues and requests, manages the Fed Ex and UPS.
Assists in planning and executes office events to drive employee engagement and build a positive company culture.
Handles special projects, assists other servicing departments and other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Experience
Minimum 3 years prior experience as an administrative assistant.
Mortgage servicing experience preferred.
Functional/Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and time-management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work is typically performed in a standard office environment.
