Pay Rate: $18/Hr.-

Administrative Assistant

Security Engineers is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant for our New Orleans Branch location. This position is responsible for providing accurate clerical assistance as needed.

Primary roles of this Administrative Assistant position, but not limited to:

· Screening/Recruiting

· New Hire Onboarding

· Uniform Ordering & Tracking

· General Front Desk/Lobby Duties: Answer Calls, Direct visitors, Etc.

· Assist with Payroll Data submission and other similar tasks.

· Drive communication to SEITEAM communication platforms and more!

To be considered for employment with Security Engineers, Inc., as an Administrative Assistant, candidates must:

· Must have advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.

· Must possess strong organizational and time management skills, along with excellent phone communication abilities.

· Be at least 21 years of age.

· Must have no felony convictions, no convictions for misdemeanors involving moral turpitude (verified by a fingerprint based criminal background check).

· Be of good moral character (as verified by applicant-provided character references and applicant’s credit history and driver’s license record when applicable).

· Be able to verify/explain all gaps in employment and not have been terminated from previous employment for other than honorable circumstances.

· Be in general good health and physically able to perform the duties assigned.

· Have a telephone or other reliable means of communication.

· Have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

· Be literate in the English language and be able to read and understand written orders and instructions.

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Louisiana Armed Security Guard Card preferred
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
State Issued Driver's License (Not Expired)
