The Role: Executive Assistant to Engineering Team
Location: Palo Alto, CA | Hybrid
Compensation: $140k–$170k DOE + Benefits

An exciting, fast-growing startup is looking for an Executive Assistant to support key leaders across its Engineering organization. This is an opportunity to join a high-caliber technical team during a major stage of growth and become a trusted partner to leaders who are building and scaling quickly.
We’re looking for someone who is highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally across Engineering and the broader business. You’re proactive, adaptable, and know how to keep busy technical leaders organized without needing a lot of direction.
Day-to-Day:
- Provide high-level administrative support to leaders across the Engineering team
- Own complex and constantly changing calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Partner closely with engineers, technical leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, team events, offsites, and other logistics
- Help prioritize competing requests and ensure leaders are focused on the highest-impact work
- Anticipate needs, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, and keep priorities moving forward
- Support travel planning, expenses, and other day-to-day administrative needs
- Help improve processes and bring greater organization and efficiency to a rapidly scaling team
- Jump into projects and evolving priorities as needed in a fast-paced startup environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced startup or technology environment
- Experience supporting Engineering leaders, technical teams, or working closely with engineers strongly preferred
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally across multiple teams and levels of an organization
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Able to move quickly, manage competing priorities, and stay calm when things change
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Strong communication skills and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Excited by hypergrowth environments where responsibilities and priorities can evolve quickly
