We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our corporate office and secondary warehouse location while creating an exceptional employee experience. This role owns workplace operations, facilities, company events, internal communications, and administrative support, partnering closely with our People and Finance teams to keep the business running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships for our corporate office and warehouse
Oversee office facilities, supplies, equipment, security, and workspace organization
Assist with executing company events, employee celebrations, and workplace engagement initiatives
Manage the company intranet, internal newsletter, digital signage, and office communication systems, including telecom and intercom platforms
Partner with the People team by coordinating onboarding logistics, interview support, and employee experience initiatives
Support the Finance team with clerical accounting tasks, including depositing checks, invoicing, collections, and vendor documentation
Order business cards, maintain office technology and shared resources, and serve as the primary contact for office-related vendors and services
Identify opportunities to improve office operations, processes, and the overall workplace experience
2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities, or a similar role
Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, and company events
Comfortable balancing administrative, operational, and employee-facing responsibilities
Physical Requirements:
Regularly remain in a stationary position while working at a computer.
Frequently move throughout the office and warehouse to support day-to-day operations.
Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift or move office supplies, packages, beverages, and event materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to travel between company locations as needed.
