Processes administrative duties for Chief Juvenile Probation Officer (CJPO). Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars; making travel arrangements, meeting and event arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff and customer relations.

Computers, Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Access, standard office practices and procedures; and general bookkeeping practices.
Operate office equipment such as copy machine and facsimile machine, read manuals and memos, write messages, letters, and memos, perform mathematical calculations, perform bookkeeping functions, communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the general public.
