Administrative Assistant, Lower School

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant, Lower School is a full-time, non-exempt staff position at The Pembroke Hill School, reporting to the Lower School Division Head. This 12-month position provides direct administrative support to the Lower School Division Head.
The primary responsibilities include acting as the main liaison for third through fifth-grade students, families, and teachers, supporting various administrative needs for the building, and working closely with the administrative assistant in the Primary Building (grades K-2). Additionally, this role supports the Auxiliary Programs Director, particularly during the summer months.

Schedule: This is a year round (12 month) position, with paid time off in accordance with employee benefit plans. Work Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM � 4:00 PM, with a half-hour lunch break.
Compensation: Compensation will be based on a competitive norm influenced by area and peer schools and organizations, using previous experience and skills. Transcripts and verification of previous employment will be required.
