Pay: As our Healthcare Operations Manager, you'll earn$55,000-75,000 annually based on experience.

YOUR DAY

As our full-time Healthcare Operations Manager, you are the backbone of daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose. Each day, you assess workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that elevate both team performance and patient experience. You lead and mentor staff, setting clear expectations while fostering a culture of accountability and respect.

Schedule:

In this position your schedule would be 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am-2:30pm on Friday.
