What You Will Do:
- Welcome individuals served and visitors, and complete the intake process, including demographic information and required documentation.
- Enter and maintain accurate records in Carelogic, Central Registry, and Methasoft platforms.
- Schedule intake diagnostics and appointments, and alert clinical and nursing staff of admissions.
- Scan and maintain intake and treatment documentation in the EHR document library.
- Answer incoming calls, coordinate referrals with clinical staff, and collect payments/copayments as needed.
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- One year of prior administrative/secretarial support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals recovering from substance use disorders and understand the sensitivities of the population served.

Pay Range: $21.00-$24.50/hr
