What You Will Do:
- Provide and coordinate administrative support functions for Community Crisis Stabilization and Transitional Support Services programs.
- Provide administrative support and project assistance across CSS and TSS teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Manage client transition workflows, including admissions and discharges, within CSS and TSS programs.
- Complete assigned tasks in an organized, dependable, and efficient manner.
- Exhibit proficiency in the use of all office equipment (copier, fax, PC, printers, scanners).
- Maintain an organized file system for documents and records.
- Accurately enter data into computer software systems as needed.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution regarding identified discrepancies.
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years working in an administrative/clerical office setting required.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products (Publisher/PowerPoint).
- Able to be trained and develop proficiency in other software applications as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in high-demand and/or stressful environments from time to time.
- Able to multitask on time-sensitive projects.
- Self-directed and able to work independently.
