We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, assisting with school certification, and handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedules for the team, including coordinating meetings and appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Assist with school event planning and coordination
