The Administrative Assistant is accountable for implementing specific work projects and for performing administrative tasks relative to the operation of the Hospital or Clinic.

• Assist employees with personnel and labor relations matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Compile and analyze data related to various clinic operations and assist in the interpretation and reporting of findings.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks, special projects, and personnel-related duties as assigned.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and review reports submitted to the Administrator to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Administer payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing for all employees.
• Collaborate with physicians regarding CPT coding and its impact on charges, billing, and collections.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, patient, and organizational information in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; or
• Associate Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting; or
• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in administration, management, or a related business field, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
