Hiring Range: $17.48 - $21.85 per hour.

Main Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with external vendors managing orders, subscriptions, and vendor performance.
· Collaborates with Library Location Staff and Library Service Center Staff to oversee the distribution of holiday materials.
· Manage inventory of Stories to Go Kits.
· Running reports in the ILS for Prospector resource-sharing system.
· Order and manage office and general supplies for the building.
· Recording and reporting meeting minutes.
· Point of contact for printer related issues.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of public library experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience providing administrative support to a leadership team.
Comprehensive experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
This is a part-time position, scheduled for 20 hours per week.
This role is based at the Library Service Center (LSC), a non-public facing facility where staff support collection services and library operations behind the scenes.
Position must comply with laws governing patron privacy and confidentiality under CRS24-90-119, and the Code of Ethics of the American Library Association, as well as ADA governing public access to space and technology.
