Administrative Assistant

Salary Range: $20.50 - $24.00/hour depending on experience + sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).
Wayside Youth & Family Support Network’s Milford site is hiring a part-time administrative assistant. This is a 20 hours/week position.
What you will do:
Be a part of a multidisciplinary team serving youth and families from a strengths perspective and informed by principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Data entry, data collection, tracking and generating reports as needed.
Be able to run reports and manipulate data in excel and other programs
Set up clients and services in the agency's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Maintain excel spreadsheets for billing and other census data with accuracy
Assist with other office management tasks as needed, such as but not limited to: answering calls, greeting guests at the main lobby area, and maintaining the overall office environment.

Minimum Requirements:
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED/HiSet equivalent.
Experience using Excel and other Microsoft Suite products.
Some experience with insurance and billing are preferred.
