Rate of Pay: $20.02-21.05 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Follows the Board Approved Calendar. Monday - Friday. 260 days.
Anticipated position dates: August 1, 2026

PERS Retirement: The district assumes and pays the 6% average employee contribution to the Oregon PERS system.

Current Contract – KFACE Contract
21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) after school program Secretary will coordinate and execute all aspects of Oregon Department of Education (ODE) Annual Performance Reporting (APR) documents.
Function:
- 21st CCLC Secretary will execute interviews and hiring paperwork for CCLC staff.
- 21st CCLC Secretary will prepare time sheets and accounts payable.
- 21st CCLC Secretary will coordinate and plan all meetings/trainings with CCLC staff.
- 21st CCLC Secretary will offer support to CCLC program for APR reports to include K-12 data collection and data inputting into EZ Reports for each site.
- Input data in EZ Reports assuring accuracy of data sites in a timely basis.
- 21st CCLC Secretary will input information on EZ Reports that include generating twice monthly site reports for the Director of CCLC and generate quarterly reports for ODE.
- 21st CCLC Secretary will be in charge of End of Year Reporting.
- Facilitation of curriculum, curriculum workshops, curriculum development, and delivery to instructional staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Associates preferred.
- Competent in math, writing, and reading skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and group communication skills.
- Ability to be self-directed with minimum supervision.
- Posses great organization skills.
- Computer literacy skills required in Microsft suite - Word, Excel, etc.
- Experience working with data based systems - Ezreports preferred.
- Clerical duties to include routine office duties, registration data entry, tracking of staff trainings and certifications, updating forms and fliers, time sheets, supply orders, inventory of supplies and materials.
- Support services to include: transportation, food services, medical needs.
- The employee is expected to be dressed and groomed in a neat, clean, and appropriate professional manner for the assignment and work setting.
- Other duties as assigned.
