As the Lead Executive Assistant supporting Honeywell’s Building Automation (BA) business unit, you will play a critical role in enabling the success of senior leadership through exceptional administrative and operational support. Based in our Atlanta office, this is a highly visible position that supports the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and other senior leaders, with a matrix reporting relationship to the Senior Executive Administrator.
This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and can effectively manage competing priorities, complex schedules, and sensitive business matters. Success in this position demands outstanding organizational skills, strong business acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and a high degree of emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate is polished, adaptable, proactive, and able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
You will report directly to our designated manager, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location, On Site work schedule.
