What You'll Do
- Assist with daily dealership accounting and bookkeeping
- Handle deal posting and funding
- Reconcile schedules, bank accounts, and statements
- Process AP/AR and general ledger entries
- Assist with payroll and administrative tasks
- Support inventory management and month-end closing
- Provide backup support for title, registration, and other office functions
- Scan and organize finalized documents
- Collaborate with sales, service, and accounting teams
What We're Looking For
- Dealership or automotive office experience preferred
- DMS experience (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, is a plus
