Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite 5 days/week)
Compensation: $180,000-$200,000+ DOE + exceptional benefits, equity, and perks

About the OpportunityA mission-driven, hypergrowth technology company is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / Office Operations professional to partner directly with its CEO during an exciting period of rapid growth. This is a highly visible role at the center of the organization, supporting a fast-moving executive while helping shape the day-to-day operations of a growing headquarters.
This role requires someone who is incredibly dialed in, comfortable with a 24/7 mentality, and able to support an executive who travels extensively both domestically and internationally throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Manage a highly complex calendar across multiple time zones, anticipating conflicts and shifting priorities.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up action items.
- Manage confidential communications with exceptional professionalism and discretion.
- Anticipate executive needs, solve problems proactively, and keep priorities moving forward.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Support board meetings, leadership offsites, and executive events.
- Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the growing office, partnering with vendors, facilities, and workplace teams.
- Assist with onboarding logistics, office operations, inventory management, and workplace initiatives as the company scales.
- Build systems and processes that improve efficiency for both the CEO and the broader organization.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or C-level executive in a high-growth environment.
- Proven experience managing extensive domestic and international executive travel.
- Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and absolute discretion.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and after-hours support when needed.
- Experience supporting office operations or workplace initiatives is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern AI productivity tools.
