The Role: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Compensation: $180,000–$200,000+ DOE + Comprehensive Benefits

A fast-growing technology company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to its CEO. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys operating at the center of the business.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives on staying several steps ahead. You will serve as an extension of the CEO, managing shifting priorities with sound judgment, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail. This role requires someone who can seamlessly balance executive support with project coordination while building strong relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized and priorities are aligned.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes.
- Prepare the CEO for meetings by developing agendas, gathering materials, and tracking follow-up action items.
- Manage confidential communications and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, investor meetings, and executive offsites.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive special projects from inception through execution while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Track key priorities, deliverables, and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
- Partner closely with leadership to improve communication, organization, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with occasional personal support as needed to ensure the CEO can remain focused on high-impact priorities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and create scalable systems.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or C-level executive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting executives within a high-growth technology company strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong business judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
- Highly proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern productivity tools.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take ownership.
